Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During periods of high order volume or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days before shipment.

Neko Ears reserves the right to extend processing times without prior notice. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these processing timeframes.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days

These timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • International transit disruptions

Neko Ears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once the order has been shipped. Orders confirmed as shipped and in transit are considered fulfilled.


Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and assist where possible. Resolutions are provided at our discretion.


Incorrect Address & Customer Errors

Please double-check all shipping information before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or reroute packages.

Neko Ears is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, lost, or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. In these cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Please shop carefully — we want your order to reach you just as much as you do.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed. Neko Ears reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for orders already in processing or fulfillment.
