At Neko Ears, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. This guarantee applies only to eligibility review and does not guarantee a refund. All refund or exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion.


Refund Eligibility

All items sold through Neko Ears are considered final sale and are generally not eligible for refunds or returns. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that products listed for sale are final sale and that refunds are not guaranteed.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nekoears@outlook.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Upon approval, we will offer you a replacement or alternative resolution (such as store credit or exchange). Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.
